Questions & answers
A few useful
answers.
Who the resources are for, how to use them, and what is available now.
Who it’s for
Where can I book coaching?
Visit the Coaching page for the Career Launch Strategy Session, Interview Practice, and First 90 Days Coaching. The three matching booking buttons are also on the homepage. Each opens Calendly; current scheduling and booking details are shown there. Digital-resource purchases remain disabled.
Can I inquire about a speaking engagement?
Yes. The Speaking page outlines topic directions for colleges and early-career audiences, with an email inquiry link. Dates, format, scope, and fees need to be discussed individually. The website does not reserve a date or submit a booking.
Do the resources contain overlapping material?
Yes. The ten focused resources share core material with the parent workbook named on each product page. The First Job Survival Guide and First 90 Days Career Success System also share substantial workplace foundations. Choose by scope rather than buying every version; these are not 13 unrelated sets of content.
Are the PDFs fillable?
No. The workbooks are printable Letter-size PDFs for handwriting or manual annotation. They are not interactive fillable forms. This website contains cover previews only, not the paid PDF files.
Who is The First Five designed for?
College women preparing for professional life and women navigating the first five years of a career. Topics center on career preparation, workplace understanding, communication, relationships, and thoughtful next steps.
Do I need to have my career figured out?
No. The approach is to begin with a specific question and a manageable next action. You can explore the collection that is useful to you now and return to other topics later.
Is this for parents, too?
The First Five speaks directly to the young woman navigating her career. Launching Her is the related parent-facing brand, focused on supporting without taking over. It is designed for parents supporting the college-to-career transition.
The resource shop
Can I buy a resource right now?
Not yet. The catalog shows 13 resources with cover previews and planned prices. Purchases and paid downloads are not yet available.
Are these final prices?
No. Every price shown is a planned USD price for reference. Purchases are not yet available, and this website contains only their cover previews and descriptions.
How will I receive a workbook?
Purchases and downloads are not yet available. If purchasing becomes available, each product page will explain payment, delivery, support, and purchase terms before a customer buys.
Will I need a membership or paid subscription?
No membership or paid subscription is part of the current resource shop. Resources are offered individually. If purchasing becomes available, each product page will show its purchase terms before payment.
Can I use the exercises on the collection pages?
Yes. Each collection page contains a short on-page reflection exercise you can use in your own notebook or notes app. Those prompts are visible website content, separate from the paid workbooks. Nothing is submitted or saved by the exercise.
Expectations and availability
Will a resource guarantee a job or promotion?
No. Career-readiness education can support preparation and reflection, but it cannot guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, or compensation. Employer decisions and individual circumstances remain outside the resource’s control.
Does this replace my college career center?
No. College career advisers and other resources can provide useful support. The First Five is intended to complement existing resources, not replace them.
Is this the earlier cohort program?
No. The First Five focuses on individual digital workbooks and personalized coaching. No cohort enrollment is offered.
Where can I check shop availability?
See shop availability for what you can explore now. Product pages show planned prices for reference, but purchase controls remain disabled.
